In 2011 the company opened its own training centre inside the mine head frame on its headquarters site.
The COLD OAK technical centre has been incorporated into the far visible head frame as a training centre and is equipped with the world’s only simulator for hoisting machine control. We offer our customers and our own staff these up-to-the minute test and training facilities amongst others for the training and instruction of hoisting machine operators, and maintenance and service personnel.
In this way we allow for a trouble-free commissioning and a subsequent smooth operation of our hoisting systems. We benefit from our expert’s decades of experience and the various worldwide implemented installations. We set up ground-breaking benchmarks, technological improvements and successful innovations in the automation and drive technology, which we simulate, test and move forward at our COLD OAK technical centre.
